About the role

To be considered for the position you must possess the following:
- A hands on Head Chef or Sous Chef ready to take on a new role with a proven background in high end restaurants.
- Excellent technical knowledge and experience in all cooking techniques and styles.
- A supportive and strong team member.
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to cater for dietaries without compromising on enjoyment.
- Reliable and flexible attitude.
- A natural communicator who finds it easy to chat to guests
